This 1906 flat is located at Potts Point suburb, inside a high tech home tower that overlooks the waters of Sydney Harbor. To re design it for a social, well travelled owner, community studio Amber street matched dark hues with decadent substances.

The owner is more often away for work but enjoys to amuse buddies when dwelling. His brief to it's 80 square meter residence, which was an empty shell when he purchased was for a flexible distance where he might easily capture visiting buddies from overseas, significant gatherings, or more romantic supper functions. In addition, he needed rooms to produce his own growing number of artworks.
